Hundreds of people gathered in Los Angeles to mourn the death the rapper XXXTentacion, prompting riot police to fire nonlethal rounds into the crowd after declaring it an unlawful assembly. Between 300 and 500 fans of the 20-year-old artist from Florida, who was shot dead during an apparent robbery at a motorbike dealership in Miami on Monday, descended on Fairfax District on Tuesday night, dancing in the streets, lighting candles and blocking traffic.
